300 g lemons
300 g mandarins
600 g sugar

Instructions

  1. Start by washing the lemons and mandarins.
  2. Using a mandolin, slice the lemons and mandarins into very thin slices.
  3. Transfer the fruits to a mixing bowl and add 2/3 of the sugar. Mix in thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mix to a jar and add the remaining 200 g of sugar.
  5. Close the jar and let it set for two days at room temperature before storing it in the fridge.
