After finishing the review of the NutriBullet Pro we knew that this would not be our last blender review. With this in mind, for this week equipment review, we decide to bring you the Vitamix E310 review.

Vitamix’s New Entry-Level Blender

The Vitamix E310 model is a response to an ever-changing market. With competitors making similarly powerful blenders at a fraction of the Vitamix price point, the Vitamix Company has decided to launch a new entry-level. The E310 is more affordable than the famous 5200, but it promises virtually identical blending prowess.

Before we start the reviewing process of the E310, we thought this blender would have totally different results from the 5200. But for our surprise, the performance of the E310 stacks up to its predecessor. We all know that the 5200 can pulverize virtually anything, chunks of veggies diced in 10 seconds or homemade frozen yogurt in 60 seconds.

Surprisingly, after some tests, the E310’s performance basically mirrored the 5200. The biggest difference between these two blenders is the size. The E310’s container is almost three inches (7cm) shorter (48 ounces / 1.4kg) than the 5200’s(64 ounces / 1.8kg), making it easier to fit in small kitchens.
