Two Decades of Mugaritz

Mugaritz Vanishing Points collects the experience of these last two decades of Mugaritz in Aduriz code. Over the course of 294 pages, there are 50 pictures to eat, 42 images and 22 outlines that have nothing or everything to do with food, five chapters, an incomplete crossword that aims to be completed by somebody, a prayer; tales of kings and princes; beautiful and not so beautiful words that have been spoken of Mugaritz; a glossary which redefines terms that are not always culinary, to face culinary challenges.

Besides the inspiring content of this book, its design and attention to detail is something that we also need to point out. From the quality of the printing to the different types of paper used, and the way the information is conveyed to the reader, make this book a must-have for any fine dining enthusiast.
